What Should I Wear For Work Experience With The Vet? I Will Be Around Cattle,horses,sheep Etc Livestock?

    when im usually on the farm I wear jodpurs but thats because I excersice the horses at the farm.
    What should I wear to be with the vet??

      It depends on the vet, but usually they like people doing work experience to try and dress reasonably well. Scruffy clothing is not acceptable. Dark fabric or corduroy trousers would be preferable to jeans and flat, sensible shoes preferable to trainers. Sandals should be avoided, even in summer, for safety reasons.
      You would also do well to bring a warm, washable jacket and waterproof trousers and wellies. It is important to try and maintain hygiene between visits and keep the vet’s car clean, so bring wellies AND shoes, so you can change.
      Avoid wearing dangling necklaces, earrings or rings, also for safety reasons.

      jeans a short sleaved shirt and boots it doesnt have to be gum boots but like work boots and a wide brimmed hat if you have one or a cap is fine

      Wear the suit you got for your birthday, it will be the easiest one to wash . !!!

      I’d go for steel capped boots. Better still ask the vet.

      jeans tucked into wellies. old t shirt/ jumper and a waterproof coat. Have ur hair tied back

      just wear what you normally wear .. make sure your comfy !!!
