I just want to know how is meat and poultry prepared. Do they stun the animals first before cutting the neck, or any other way around? Also, does the methods differ by states, specifically in NY?

I am very serious, The meat processors claim the cattle was contaminated, and the cattle ranchers say the feed they bought and fed to their cattle was bad so why aren’t steaks and roasts as well being recalled ? It all comes from the same cattle.
